SVT Fishing is a small U.S.-based fishing tackle company committed to providing high-quality fishing lures and tackle for serious anglers.

Due to the nature of fishing baits and tackle products, all lure sales are final and considered non-returnable items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, buyer’s remorse, or used merchandise.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used fishing lures
  • Opened or altered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper rigging, or normal wear
  • Final sale fishing tackle items

This policy ensures every customer receives brand-new, unused fishing gear.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A product damaged during shipping
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may provide, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may be denied.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


4. Shipping Issues, Lost Packages & Refused Deliveries

SVT Fishing is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Refused shipments or unclaimed packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are issued only after carrier investigation is completed.


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


6. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

To protect our small business from fraudulent activity:

  • All shipments are documented
  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and shipment records

7. Limitation of Liability

Fishing success depends on many factors including conditions, technique, and angler skill. SVT Fishing does not guarantee fishing results.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use.
